 Dona Paula Jetty is also called the lovers paradise it is located on the beautiful and famous sea stretch that spans from Panjim, Miramar, and Dona Paula. A thrilling breeze blows over this place and the view is very scenic. Dona Paula jetty is nestled on the rocky,hammer shaped headland. This former fishing village has now become a commercialized location for beach resort and restaurant but it carries with it both romantic and mythical.

 Dona Paula Jetty is only 7 km away from panjim and one can get here either by bus or their bikes. Buses are available at regular interval from Dona Paula to panjim bus stand. It is an ideal spot to relax and sunbathe. It is also famous because of the singham movie shooting.

 There are twins sculpture of a man and woman on the rocks at the dona paula jetty. These sculpture are the creation of an artist a German baroness named Yrs uon leistner in the memory of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Knox.

 Dona Paual sports club offers some of the best water sports facilities to the sports enthusiasts including water scooter ride, motor boat rides, etc. Other water sports like boating par-sailing, yachting, swimming, wind surfing and fishing are also available in this area. It looks very beautiful in the night time. 

 Dona Paula is a tourist place surrounded by tourist lodger, a raw materials of vendors selling goan t-shirts and other tourists materials where the tourists can do their shopping and hawker selling kokam  based drink.
Apart from enjoying the great view from a top the hillock you can simply relax on benches enjoying the evening sea breeze and sunset.

Azad Maidan

Azad Maidan  is a martyrs' monument and ground in the India  state of Panajim Goa . It is located opposite the Goa Police   headquarters on the Mahatma Gandhi  Road, Panaji. Originally built as a square, it was known as the  Praça de Sete Janelas  ( Square of the Seven Windows ). The name was derived from the iconic Goa Police  headquarters building, which has seven windows each to its either ends and the entrance. The building originally had a ground floor and three sets of seven windows each on the first floor. Opposite to Institute, next to ferry terminal is a monument dedicate to the victims who died in 1901, when ferry drowned in Mandovi River going from Panjim to Verem, eighty one people died in this accident. Mahalaxmi temple

One of the capital city's most discerning asset is the Mahalaxmi Temple. Located on the Dada Vaidya road (Rua de Saudade during the Portuguese times), the Mahalaxmi deity is the chief object of veneration for all Panjimites, irrespective of caste, class, sex or creed. The city, blessed by three historic ecclesiastical monuments - the Jamma Masjid, the Church of Immaculate Conception and the Mahalaxmi temple - surprisingly standing on the same road pose a perfect symmetry of communal harmony and camaraderie. On 10 July 1818, the deity was consecrated there and the foundation stone of the Mahalaxmi temple was laid. Refusing to be cowed down by the heavy monsoon downpours of Goa, the pious devotees led by the late Shri Narayan Kumar Mhamai, Mr. Sinari and others consecrated the Mahalaxmi deity in the backyard of Panjim city on 10 July 1818.
